Definition of Done in tasks description
Feature should be included in library, backlogs, estimations and all generated documents.
Backlogs/estimations versioning
Instance user should be able to create new backlog/estimation version and easily switch between versions. Each version should have unique url addresses, should be able to export or generate offer. As user I would like to be able to create new version from any previous version and I would like to give simple names to versions.
External inquiries for subcontractors
Instance users should be able to create estimation invitations for subcontractors (public or private via email). Invited subcontractors should be able to register their accounts/log in and place an offer. Instance user should be able to compare offers in simple way and merge winning offers with his current estimation. Email notifications should be also implemented.
Discounts
Possibility to create discount for offer (percentage or amount). Update includes estimation details view, pdf offer, xls files, listing calculations.
Possibility to create and assign an inquiry to existing backlogs
Right now we can create backlog from existing inquiry. Would be nice to reverse the process and create inquiry from existing backlog to be able to follow the inquiry status using existing state machine.
Team allocation
Instance owners should be able to assign employees to backlogs to let them estimate working hours in assigned work types.
